create check and go to allocate depts/jobs screen, select the employee check from the list and after enter amount field do ENTER tab instead of tab.

NOTE: with using ENTER key not moving to department fields.

IN 64 bit enter button works as enter not as tab like mac or 32 bit window.
So, it's not possible in 64 bit application.

Now, the functionality is working fine as expected in the latest& Production version(26.0.13) as well.
