[Salesforce Payroll-Create Payments]-Duplicate check number pop-Up was getting in the below scenario

steps to reproduce
==============
>>In Preference Unselect the Separate Check# for Employer Payments.
>>In Create payments screen created one check (Example-6)
>>In Modify payments screen Delete the created check (Example-6)
>>Go to Create Payments screen create a check with the number 6 and observe the screen.
