[Salesforce Payroll]-[State tax values]-When I select any state the page keeps on loading, but it should not be.

Steps to reproduce:
>>.Select first/any state in state taxes and give the tabbing order.
>>.Then select the different state in state taxes, now the page is loading continuously.

it is not loading after giving tab, while selecting state category, 2nd time loading is coming.
fixed available in next build
