The same issue is also in the local taxes screen.

Resolved and will be available in the next build

Still, the tabbing order goes to the Categories grid, But it is not a show stopper as per the busy time marked as Deferred.

That's not the issues because if you check that blue highlighting is present on new and this will available on every 64 bit application because of there functionality.
