[PR 64-Bit - State Tax Tables] - The following states, the tax table values of Base tax showing some differences kindly make it as same like 32-Bit.

States:- MN-Single and Married
         ND-Single and ND-single 2019
         NE-Single
         NJ-Rate A, Rate B, Rate c, Rate D and Rate E
         NY-Married
         VT-Married

The difference of tax value is 0.01 and it is acceptable as I had discussed with Suresh Sir.

As in the latest builds(26.0.13) production , Both 32-bit and 64-bit Tax Table Values are same.
