Unable to save local tax category warning message should display by the following scenario:

Steps:

1. Load on Local Tax and edit with some text.
2. Again click on Load from the list and select the same local tax as above
3. Now select the first local tax and remove extra text edited before.
4. Select other local taxes and click on Yes on Save Before continuing alert.
