OR State tax calc

The OR State tax calculations are coming $1, extra, comparing with 32 bit.
Slalary = 5000, Pay frequency = Weekly, Hourly Amount = 255, State allowances = 3

Expected OR(3+ <50) = 440.00   but observed = 441.00



Slalary = 2400,Pay frequency = Bi-Weekly, Hourly Amount = 255,State allowances = 3
Expected OR-S[<3 50+] = 146.00  but observed = 147.00

Has been updated as payroll window 32 bit 23.0.3 ,and update will be available in next built
