#1. If from Load Latest Values selecting one state that is already loaded and other non loaded state and click on Ok button then, the new state is already loading without accepting the replace existing alert.

#2. If Selected already loaded state that has the alert then while trying to reload again its showing state alert first and then replace existing alert.
