#1. Incorrect success message is showing by following scenario:

1. Select the Local tax that is assigned to Employee
2. Click on Delete button and click on Yes on alert 
3. Click on Ok on unable to delete alert popup
4. Now click on Load Latest values button and select already loaded local tax and click on Ok button
5. Click on No button on Replace Existing values and observe

#2. If local tax is assigned to employee and trying to delete then no need to show Delete Local Tax Category? alert like in ERP
