PR-64-win- reports- w2 & w3 statements- EFW2- For GU VI AS states- while we downloading textile getting all the state records. 

While we are generating the EFW2 for AS GU VI states Text file individually, in that getting all the states data instead AS GU VI individually selection,

note :- RO & RU not tested
