[Print forms]-After clicking the "Print From Browser" icon, the application screen becomes unresponsive. Even after refreshing the page, the screen continues loading without responding.

#2. Misc print form: The print form is not in the proper order, and there are some alignment issues. The State and Address fields are not arranged correctly. Additionally, the Apt. No. field is missing from the printed forms, and the TTOC code fields and Cash Tips field are not displayed properly.

# 1 & 2 are working fine.
