When a user interacts with the Mark AI chatbot on the CheckMark website and closes the chatbot window using the close (X) button, the chatbot window automatically reopens when the user clicks any other navigation button on the website.

Steps to Reproduce:

Open the CheckMark website.
Open the Mark AI chatbot and send a message.
Close the chatbot window by clicking the (X) button.
Click any other navigation button on the website, such as Products, Store, or More.

Actual Result: The Mark AI chatbot window automatically reopens when the user clicks another navigation button.

Expected Result: The Mark AI chatbot window should remain closed while the user navigates to other pages or sections of the website. It should reopen only when the user explicitly clicks the chatbot launcher.
