[R and Nec] print is not working as expected
Issue: 1
The R form "Print Forms for Recipients" and "Print Forms for Filing" is displaying "RPrintForm: Table is not connected to the data. Register the data using Report.RegisterData method."

Issue: 2
The Nec form "Print Forms for Filing" does not display content in "Copy A" for both 2up and 4up; instead, an error message has been displayed
