[Dashboard] – Unable to Update Employer Details for a Company with a 74 or 75 Character Name. Description: When creating a company with a 74 or 75 character name, navigating to the Dashboard, clicking Update Employer, modifying any field, and clicking Update Employer again, the following error popup appears: "You must enter employer name between 1 to 75 characters to save this employer." After clicking OK, the user cannot proceed further with the employer update. Expected Result: The application should allow users to update employer details for company names containing 74 or 75 characters without displaying an incorrect validation error.
