[Transactions][Bank Reconciliation] - After performing rebuild we observed the 0.01 balance issue in the Difference field.

The Backup which is taken for performing the rebuild. after restoring that backup we observed that the Bank Statement Balance which is entered is getting cleared from the field.

NOTE:This issue exists in 14.0.25 & 26.0.4 Version-04 Applications too.
