[Reports][General Ledger] - GL CSV File Issues.

#1.Incorrect Transaction Debit Total in CSV file. Due to the incorrect debit total amount the Net Transaction amount is effected.

#2.If there is No Credit Transaction Amounts - Then the value is appearing as $ (-0.00). instead of $ 0.00

NOTE: These issues are exists in 14.0.25 & 26.0.4 Version-04 Applications too.
