[Reports][General Ledger] - GL Text file issues.

#1.Full name of ledger acct is not displaying in the text file.

#2.Huge space is showing between ledger acct name and its opening balance and ending balance amount.

NOTE:These issues are exists in 14.0.25 & 26.0.4 Version-04 Applications too.
