Create a transaction with WIN + I Item Stub details and save it.
Reopen the transaction and modify the Item Stub Description. Save the changes.
Check the updated description in the transaction and reports.

Issue:
Sales, Item Purchase, and Payable Journal: Changes are not saving.
Customer Invoice, Receipts, and Disbursements: Modified Item Stub Description is not updating.
Due to this issue, the updated description is also not reflected in reports.
