[Customer Reports][Customer Statements Activity] - Customer Code should not display in the customer statements-activity based report.

when checking the "Show Code field on reports" checkbox also it should not display.

NOTE: This issue exists in 14.0.25 & 26.0.4 Version-04 Applications too.
