The print format for Customer Statements – Open Invoices and Activity-Based reports is incorrect.

Steps to Reproduce:
=> Navigate to Customer Reports → Customer Statements.
=> Generate either the Open Invoices or Activity-Based Customer Statements report.
=> Open the Print page.

Actual Result:
The customer statements are displayed in a table format with column headers on the print page.

Expected Result:
The customer statements should be displayed and formatted according to the Customer Statements physical form/template, rather than in a table format. The print layout should match the actual customer statement format.

NOTE: This issue exists in 14.0.25 & 26.0.4 Version-04 Applications too.
