[Customer Reports] - When Cutoff date entered 01/01/00. It displays all transactions which includes from 1995 year to 2026 year.

STEPS:
=> Add the Charisma Radio Corp Customer DB.
=> Open Customer Reports => Set the cutoff date to 01/01/00 and generate the AR Report, AR-Aged Report & AR-Summary Aged Report.
=> It displays the all transactions which starting from 1995 to 2026.
=> It should not display the all transactions when entered this type of cutoff date.
=> The transactions which are exists upto 01/01/00. Those should appear in the report.

NOTE: The same issue exists in 14.0.25 & 26.0.4 Version-04 Application too.
