[Customer Reports][AR Report] - Sorting issue occurs when transactions are made since 1995 year.

STEPS:
=> Add the Charisma Radio Corp Customer DB.
=> Open Customer Reports => Set the Cutoff date to 01/01/03 and generate AR Report & AR-AGED Reports.
=> Observe the transactions since 1995 year those are not sorted as per due date sorting method.

NOTE: The same issue exists in the 14.0.25 & 26.0.4 Version-04 Application too.
