[All Forms] - Business Name Field Disabled When Reopening Created Recipient

When creating a recipient with the recipient name type set to Business Name, the business name field appears enabled initially. However, after adding the recipient and reopening the created recipient, the business name field is shown as disabled.

The business name field should remain enabled when reopening the created recipient.

Fixed available in version 08.
