Fixed in Mac, available in version 04

The short name  is displaying correctly now, but the name is getting merged/overlapping into the other fields.

[Re-open]-The issue existed in ver-05. The short name is getting merged/overlapping with the other fields.

Note: The same issue occurs for W-2 on blank paper and 4-UP as well.

It's working like as PR 64 bit mac.
