Open the AI Chatbot.
Ask: “When are the annual CheckMark Payroll Software updates released?”
Ask: "What is included in the annual software update?"
Observe the response and click the provided Updates Portal URL.

Issue:  The updates portal URL is: https://www.checkmark.com/account/updates
The provided Updates Portal URL redirects to a 404 error page. But the chatbot should provide a valid and accessible Updates Portal URL.

Note: The URL in the document has also not been updated and navigates to a 404 error page. The document should be updated with the correct, valid URL.
