Open the CheckMark AI Assistant without logging in to the website.
Click Need Help. Select Create a Support Ticket. Select I’m a New Visitor.
Leave all required fields blank, including the email field.
Click the Submit button.

Issue: 
When the user clicks Submit without entering any required information, the system should first display the default validation message:
"Please fill in all required fields"
The "Please enter a valid email address" validation message should be displayed only when the user enters an invalid/incorrectly formatted email address.
