Open the CheckMark AI Assistant.
Navigate to Need Help → Create a Support Ticket → I Have a CheckMark Account.
Enter a valid Email ID and Customer #.
Press the Tab key.
Verify that the cursor/focus moves to the Verify & Continue button.
Press the Enter key on the keyboard.

Issue: 
Pressing the Enter key does not perform any action. The user is not navigated to the Create Support Ticket page.

Still, when using the ENTER KEY, unable to perform any action with the Verify & Submit button
