[PR 64-bit Mac-W2 & W3 Statements/ GU_State]: The GU-state pop-up needs to appear when printing the 4-ups.

Steps to reproduce:


Create an employee with AS and GU state, then create a check for them when printing 4-ups in W2 & W3 Statements.

> Print the 4-ups for AS_state, then select the GU state, select the 4-ups radio button, and print for 4-ups. The warning pop-up is not showing.
