Description Nandhini 2026-08-25 17:09:32 IST
Open the CheckMark AI Assistant.
Enter and send a message.
Observe the message field to enter the next message.

Issue:
After sending a message, the cursor is not automatically focused in the message field. The user must manually click the message field every time before entering the next message.

Yeah, autofocus is not recommended in chatbots. Also its not something big of a problem for users.

This issue affects the customer experience. Customers often send multiple messages, and having to manually click the message field after every message is inconvenient and interrupts the chat flow. The cursor should automatically return to the message field after each message is sent.
