[Reports][Balance Sheet] - Headers are not showing in the print page.

The following are the balance sheet type reports which contains headers:
=> Prior Month Comparison
=> Prior Year Comparison
=> Prior Year-End Comparison

Headers are not showing for the above balance sheet reports.
