[1099 – Recipients]: Recipient cannot be deleted after using the Filter option

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to the Recipients screen.
2. click the Filter option.
3. Search for a recipient.
4. Select the searched recipient.
5. Try to delete the selected recipient.

Actual Result:
The selected recipient is not deleted.

Expected Result:
The selected recipient should be deleted successfully after applying the filter and selecting the recipient.

NOTE:- the issue getting only import from payroll or Multiledger.
