The application becomes unresponsive and must be force-quit while performing the Import Prior Year operation.

Steps to Reproduce:

Launch the application.
Navigate to Import Prior Year.
Click Find Databases.
An unexpected pop-up appears.
After the pop-up is displayed, the application hangs and becomes unresponsive.
