[1095B - Print forms for employee] - Updated Employer Details Are Not Reflected in print forms for employee. Steps to reproduce:- 1. Create an employer. 2. Create an employee and select the Copy Employer Information checkbox. 3. Save the employee record. 4. Open the employer and modify one or more employer details. 5. Click Update Employer to save the changes. 6. Navigate to Filemenu click on Print Forms for Employee. 7. Generate and save the PDF. 8. Open the generated PDF and verify the employer details. Actual Result:- The generated PDF displays the old employer details. The updated employer information is not reflected for employees with the Copy Employer Information option selected. Fixed available in the version 03 build. After updating the employer, we have to open the employee screen and see the data whether it is updated or not. and it'll reflect into print form for employee.
Working fine as expected. Screen Record:- https://drive.google.com/file/d/1sJ-GQlRz38cx6ulBxh1nXJA9il8cn4zO/view?usp=sharing
Now it's working fine as live application. But, If multiple employees have the “Copy Employer Information” checkbox selected, then whenever the Employer Details are updated, those changes should automatically be reflected in the database for all applicable employee records, regardless of whether an individual employee record is currently opened or not. The Main content of the bug is, when any modifications, done in the Employer side,(like Country, State change), without opening the Employee(for whom we selected the Copy Employer Information checkbox). directly printing the Employee, the Modified Employer Information is not showing in the generated PDF.
This flow is working like a live application. We have to discuss with testing team and dev team on this issue.
