[Import Employer] - Inconsistent Database Behavior Between macOS and Windows During Employer Import.

When importing an employer, the currently opened database is automatically closed on macOS before the Import 1095 Employer Type window is displayed. However, on Windows, the current database remains open during the same process. This results in inconsistent behavior across platforms.

STEPS:
=> Create an Employer and one or more Employees.
=> From the File menu, select Import Employer.
=> Observe the application behavior.

Result:
On macOS, the currently opened database is closed in the background before the Import 1095 Employer Type window is displayed, whereas on Windows, the database remains open. The behavior should be consistent across both platforms.
