[Dashboard] - Multiple UI Issues on Dashboard.

#1. Update Employer Button:
The Update Employer button size is too small, causing the button label to be truncated. The full button text is not displayed.

#2. Dashboard:
A blank white box is displayed in the top-right corner of the dashboard, resulting in an incomplete UI appearance.

#3. Employer Name Section:
The full employer name is not displayed in the Employer Name section of the dashboard. Long employer names are truncated instead of being fully visible.
