When converting an employer from General to ALE, a confirmation popup is displayed. If I click "No" button, the application unexpectedly closes the currently open company and returns to the dashboard, making it appear as through the database has been closed.

STEPS:
=> Create a 1094-B Employer.
=> Create one or more 1095-B Employees.
=> Initiate the Convert General to ALE process.
=> When the confirmation popup appears, click "No".
=> Observe the behavior on the dashboard.

Expected Result:
Clicking "No" should cancel the conversion process and keep the current database open without making any changes.

Actual Result:
Clicking "No" closes the current database and returns to the dashboard, instead of remaining in the open database.
