Description Nandhini 2026-08-06 15:19:17 IST
Create a new database.
Create a new 1094-B employer with an employer name containing 40 or more characters.
Create one or more 1095-B employees and save the data.
Select any employee and generate the E-file.
Open the generated request file.

Issue:
The generated request file opens with a formatting/error issue.
When the employer name reaches 40 characters or more, the employer name is converted into an invalid/unknown format, resulting in a corrupted E-file request for the 1094-B form.
NOTE: Employer names with 39 characters or fewer generate a valid request file that opens correctly.
