Create a new database.
Create a new 1094-B employer with an employer name containing more than the 40 characters.
Create one or more 1095-B employees and save the data. Select any employee and generate the E-file.
Open the generated request file.

Issue:
The generated request file opens with a formatting/error issue. When the employer name exceeds 40 characters, the data is converted into an unknown/invalid format, resulting in an incorrect E-file request for the 1094-B form.
NOTE: Employer name up to 40 characters generate a valid request file that opens correctly.

Error format generating 40 also, so I have added a new bug on this issue.
