[Open Database] observed Issues related to content
Issue:1
Remove"*Company's Current Database" Content because Open Database will only get enabled when we are closing the DB 

Issue:2
Change "select a database in which to open Employers" Content because in a single DB we are only using one Employer 
(Instead of Employers, change to Employer)
