[Federal Tax Report][Form 941] - Form 941 Issues.

#1.In 941 Form "Aggregate Returns Filers Only" Section - Checkbox selection is not  getting selected in the form. when selected in the Federal Tax Report.

#2.In 941 Form (15c)Routing Number, (15d) Type of Account, (15e) Account Number - These values were not yet reflected.

#3.In 941 Form (Part 5) Paid Preparer Use Only - Phone Number is displaying the company's phone number instead of showing entered preparer phone number.

The Above issues are exists with the 943 & 944 Forms also.
