[Print Forms] -Printed 1099-NEC PDF Displays Incorrect Fields data, Missing Newly Added Fields.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the application.
2. Create a new recipient and fill in all fields under Recipient Information and Recipient Other Information, including the newly added fields.
3. Navigate to Filemenu click on Print Forms for Recipients.
4. Select 'Print 4-Up NEC Forms' and click OK.
5. Save the generated PDF and open it.

Actual Results:-
1.Newly added fields are not printed in the generated PDF.
2.Some data is printed in the wrong fields.
3.Some values overlap or appear in the wrong boxes.
