[IRIS Additional Payer's Information]- Buttons become unresponsive in the IRIS Additional Payer's Information window after canceling CSV file creation.

Steps to Reproduce:-

1. Create a company with a name containing 100 characters.
2. Create any one recipient.
3. Navigate to FileMenu click on IRIS.
4. Modify any field & Click  on Save.
5. Close the IRIS Additional Payer's Information window.
6. Reopen the IRIS Additional Payer's Information window.
7. Click Create CSV File & Click on Cancel.
8. In the IRIS Additional Payer's Information window, click Cancel, Create CSV File, or How to File IRS.

Actual Result:
The Cancel, Create CSV File, and How to File IRS buttons become unresponsive and cannot be clicked.
