The Newly Added fields are:
13a.Cash Tips
13b.TTOC
14.Overtime compensation

In Print 2up MISC Form:
13a.Cash Tips is added
13b.TTOC (i) is added but TTOC (ii) looks like its merged in the 16th box.
14.Overtime compensation still its not yet added in the 2up misc form.

issue still exits "14" field details still does not display, and TTOC field position is wrongly displayed

overlapping is observed for the Telephone number and payer country details are also missing
