[Misc Form] - Typo issue in the 14th field.

#1. The 14th field contains a typo. It should be 'Overtime compensation'.

#2. The 14th field accepts only 3 characters after saving.

#3. Tabbing order is not working for newly added fields.

Verified the latest changes. Issues 1, 2, and 3 are working as expected. Issue 4 could not be tested because the field is cut off in the UI.
