Re-open: The phrase "just above the recipient list, right of center" is unnecessary and should be removed. The current pop-up message is too lengthy, and since the UI design has changed.

Suggested message:

"Please select a specific 1099 form type instead of 'All Forms' to generate an IRIS file."

Note: Please confirm the  with the PS team before changing.
