Help menu still displays 1099 E-File Requirement document-related data that should be removed.

Description:-
Open the application and navigate to the Help menu. The 1099 E-File Requirement document-related data is still present, even though it should have been removed.

Issue 2:- Updated 1099 Important Information Document Not Available in Help Menu

Description:
Open the application and navigate to the Help menu.

Issue 3:-
The About 1099 application displays an incorrect copyright year. The copyright year should be 2026.

Issues 1 and 3 have been updated and are working as expected. However, Issue 2 has not been updated. The "1099 Important Information" document is still not available under the Help menu.
