Open the application and go to the Help menu. The updated 1099 Important Information document should be available and accessible from the Help menu.

Still, the issue exist. still the "1099 Important Information" document link is not added.

ignore the above comments it's working as expected.

as per developer comments its working fine.
the comments are:
We are not providing the documents in the menu. The required information has been added in the Important Information dialog.
