[Dashboard] issue related Forms count Related to the Import
 
Issue:1.
Imported Recipients Counts does not display in the form count unless close company or Update company is performed 
issue:2
Ater forms count is update and trying to Create New company with open database the Previous form count of Recipients still displaying in the Newly created company DB

Both 1 & 2 issues are working fine as expected.
