Log in and complete the basic setup in Company Information, Employees, Departments, and Jobs.
Create a check. Open the Allocate Departments/Jobs screen.
Select the check and observe the right-side fields.

Actual Result
The Department and Jobs radio buttons are not visible/highlighted by default.

Expected Result
The Department and Jobs radio buttons should be visible, and the selected option should be highlighted in blue by default.
