[Reports][Employee Earnings] - Hour Category Rate Values and Income Category Rate Values are getting multiplied by 100.

STEPS:
=> Create Company, Set the hour categories and Income Categories.
=> Load State tax, Federal, Local Taxes values.
=> Create employee, enter hour rates in setup and assign the income categories and save.
=> Open Calculate pay and enter hours for hour categories and proceed to create a check
=> Open Employee Earnings => Check Details Report and verify the rate values for hours and income. Its getting multiplied by 100.
